Overview:
You control Jin Sakai as he traverses through the world of Tsushima to avenge his father and retake his homeland from the Mongol invaders. You stealth, assassinate, have standoffs, cause misdirection, and do little random tasks as you get stronger and more skillful with your katana and dagger combo. Eventually, the Mongols come to fear you as you have adopted the Ghost of Tsushima.

Visuals:
This is such a beautiful game. Very few games have the ability to transport you to a whole new part of the world and, although it may not be accurate, it evokes a landscape and a time that can only be seen in movies. The colors are striking. The landscapes are serene and gorgeous. The blood is obscenely red. The flowers add just the nice pop of color that really does make this game stand out.
Audio:
Like the visuals, mostly everything about this game is serene. Walking through a forest a dusk with the light rays coming though and hearing the sound of the wind through the trees makes you feel at peace. Same with the the haikus Jin creates throughout the adventure. I say most of the game is serene because the rest is just brutal with how the killing and despair is throughout the land.
Completion:
I FINISHED THIS GAME! Not only did I finish it, I 100% this bad boy because it is that good. I couldn’t wait to get back on my horse, Sora, and do more adventures and collect everything. I just wanted more and more of this game that I was sad when it was finally over. 🙁
