Overview:

A game where you’re constantly tapping buttons to flap your arms to achieve liftoff due to you being strapped to balloons all the while you’re trying to pop birds’ balloons to clear the stage. Also there are thunderclouds which shoot lightning balls at you and a creature waiting to eat you should you get too close to the water at the bottom. You just keep flapping to stay afloat and you can move all around the stage to fell those nasty birds but DON’T LET THEM POP YOU!!

Visuals:

A very simple but effective look. Your character in a helmet and overalls, who looks like Mario, looks different than the birds and their balloons. The black background, with stars, gives a great contrast so you never get lost on any stage.

Audio:

Also a very simple set of sounds. You get the opening jingle and then all the bleeps and bloops as you go around popping the birds’ balloons. It does get intense when you get the special bird but, even with the repetition, it’s never getting overdone.

Completion:

I only got to the second stage. I swear I have done better in the past but for some reason I got worked this time around. Didn’t even beat the fuckin high score which is practically a gimmie!
